SWISS and the ground handling provider Swissport work hand in hand at Zurich Airport. To keep information flowing to the employees of both companies, we developed a joint digital storytelling platform.

Explain, visualise, make it clear: every story takes a complex subject and translates it for employees. Around 20 to 25 of them are created each year – published regularly on the digital platforms of SWISS and Swissport.
The best stories are written by the guests themselves. From the SWISS customer feedback collected on an ongoing basis, we select those in which SWISS and Swissport employees went the extra mile – and turn them into animated short films for the entire workforce.
Whether it's a process change, a new tool, a prototype or a completed test run in operations: we don't just describe what happens – in our podcast series, the people behind it speak for themselves. That makes the process tangible and clear to everyone.
A picture says more than a manual. We regularly translate technical deep dives into short, punchy video messages – for colleagues at check-in, on the apron and in the office. Processes become visible, relatable and clear to everyone.
